Stacy Houston is a registered nurse with over ten years Emergency Medicine experience, OSHA compliance, and medical waste regulatory experience. She has brought empathy and compassion to the BioClean Team during tragedy and crisis situations. Her orientation to detail is needed when cleaning multi casualty scenes as it may be easy for a technician to miss small biohazardous particles in an overwhelming environment. Her ability to multi-task and lead a team has proved invaluable for any situation. Stacy can be on a multi-day cleanup in an animal hoarding situation using a ram of technicians to restore a property to pre-incident condition, while on the phone with a grieving family member going through tragedy assisting them in any way possible. Because of her many years in emergency medicine as a registered nurse, Stacy has a passion for service and helping people. She will go above and beyond to support families with resources; even finding benefits assisting with payment to avoid out of pocket costs for family members. The BioClean Team's motto is "service first", and Stacy exemplifies this twenty-four-seven-three-sixty-five. She is always on call and will get the job done efficiently, within OSHA and EPA guidelines, and with compassion, care, and kindness.
